La2-xSrxCuO4 中的费米面与能带色散

摘要
利用角分辨光电子能谱 (ARPES)，我们观察到了 La2-xSrxCuO4 的能带结构、费米面及其掺杂依赖性。结果显示费米面发生显著变化：在欠掺杂 (x = 0.1) 和最佳掺杂 (x = 0.15) 样品中，费米面呈洺穴样且位于 k=(pi,pi)，与其他 cuprate 相同；而在高度过掺杂 (x = 0.3) 样品中，费米面呈电子样且位于 (0,0)。在 (pi/2,pi/2) 附近的 ARPES 峰较其他 cuprate 较为宽弱。在欠掺杂和最佳掺杂样品中，观察到位于费米面上 (pi,0) 附近的超导能隙 ( meV)。
