摘要

Smale 第 17 问题在有界次数系统情形下的解近期已被给出。该解是一个在平均多项式时间内计算复多项式系统近似零点的算法，其假设了无限精度。在本文中，我们描述了该算法的有限精度版本。我们的主要结果表明，该版本在相同的时间界限内运行，且所需的精度平均而言相当于相关浮点数尾数中的多项式比特数。
