c 轴取向超导 MgB2 薄膜的远红外传输研究

摘要
我们对 c 轴取向超导 MgB 薄膜进行了 30 250 cm 频率范围内的远红外传输测量。我们发现这些测量对散射率 和超导导隙 的值敏感。通过拟合 40K 及以下的实验传输光谱，我们得到 (700 1000) cm 和 42 cm。这两个量值表明 MgB 属于脏极限。
