幂化逆幂Lindley分布及其应用

摘要
本文得到了逆Lindley分布的一个三参数推广，旨在获得相对于风险率函数行为更具灵活性的模型。推导了密度、风险率函数、矩、矩生成函数、随机序、Renyi熵、第r次序统计量分布等多种统计性质。采用极大似然估计法估计参数，并进一步给出了置信区间。最后分析了所提模型对实际数据的适用性，并与一些已有分布进行了比较。
