光反馈半导体激光器中低频涨落的指数恢复

摘要
我们证明了具有光反馈的半导体激光器中混沌低频涨落每次功率下降后的恢复遵循指数包络。实验测量了这种指数行为的时间常数。结果表明，该恢复时间常数和连续下降之间的平均时间间隔作为泵浦电流的函数具有不同的依赖性。
