摘要
首次在固体稀有气体二元混合物中,从含有氩作为杂质的氙-氩体系中观察到激子-杂质发光。对于具有多层二十面体结构的二元团簇,记录到激子-杂质发射带。该光学跃迁发生在非常接近块体氙样品中体积激子最低能级的能级上。结果展示了在非晶态凝聚介质中探测激子能级的可能性。
