EXCESS 研讨会:低能谱上升现象的描述

摘要

许多低阈值实验在几百电子伏特以下观测到来源未知且事件率急剧上升的现象,其规模超出了已知本底的预期。由于这种超出对暗物质或中微子灵敏度实验有显著影响,各方已开始共同努力分享各自观测到的信息。为此,EXCESS 研讨会应运而生。在 2021 年 6 月的首次研讨会上,十个稀有事件搜寻合作组通过报告和讨论为这一倡议做出了贡献。这些合作组包括 CONNIE、CRESST、DAMIC、EDELWEISS、MINER、NEWS-G、NUCLEUS、RICOCHET、SENSEI 和 SuperCDMS。他们展示了各自观测到的能谱和已知本底数据,以及相关测量的详细信息。在本文中,我们总结了所展示的信息,并对不同测量之间的异同点进行了全面概述。此外,所提供的数据以及用于可视化的绘图工具已在研讨会的数据存储库中公开。
