活性排斥过程的精确流体力学与相分离起始

摘要

我们考虑一个具有排斥作用的活性物质晶格模型,并精确推导其流体力学描述。流体力学极限导出关于给定取向粒子密度的积分微分方程。体积排斥导致依赖于空间密度的非线性迁移率。此类活性物质模型可支持运动诱导相分离,其发生尽管不存在吸引相互作用。我们通过线性稳定性分析与数值模拟研究了相分离的起始。
