图上主动粒子热容的精确计算

摘要
非平衡热容的概念对于生物能量学以及更广义的主动材料量热学十分重要。它围绕在不同非平衡条件间准静态弛豫过程中耗散的过剩热或过剩功的概念展开。基于运用矩阵树定理与矩阵林定理的计算，我们给出了在图上能量地形中运动的主动随机游走的精确结果。该图论方法适用于局部细致平衡物理条件之下的任意马尔可夫跳跃过程，且不限于本文所给示例。
