掺杂Mott绝缘体中谱函数的演化：表面与体贡献

摘要
我们研究了Mott绝缘体（其中 = 0.0 - 0.5）中随空穴掺杂逐渐增加时谱函数的演化。谱特征表明该体系中存在从体到表面的金属-绝缘体转变。掺杂依赖的体电子结构变化被证明与现有理论预测不相容。基于单一参数的经验描述被证明能一致地描述谱演化。
