高压下CeFeAsO0.7F0.3中超导性与近藤效应竞争的证据

摘要

通过高压电阻、同步辐射X射线衍射和金刚石对顶砧中的X射线吸收谱(XAS)测量,我们发现在CeFeAsO0.7F0.3中,存在一个压力诱导的量子相变,从超导态转变为与2%体积塌缩相关的非超导近藤屏蔽相。我们的CeFeAsO0.7F0.3中Ce-L3边的XAS数据清楚地显示,在相变后,谱权重从主峰转移到卫星峰,证明了在CeFeAsO1-xFx中压力下近藤单态的形成。我们的结果揭示了Ce-磷族超导体中压力诱导的近藤单态与BCS单态之间竞争的物理图像。
