摘要
在铁磷族化合物 CeFeAsO 中,不仅 Fe 磁矩,而且 Ce 的局域 4f 磁矩也在低温下反铁磁有序。我们阐明了 Ce 在超导出现中的特殊作用。虽然施加压力将铁 SDW 有序温度单调抑制至 4 GPa,但 Ce-4f 磁性被稳定,直到两类磁有序突然消失并出现一个狭窄的 SC 穹顶。随着压力进一步增大,近藤晶格系统的特征在电阻中变得越来越明显。这表明超导的出现与磁有序的消亡以及 Ce-4f 磁矩近藤屏蔽的开始有关。
