摘要
我们一直基于绝缘体上硅(SOI)像素技术研发名为“XRPIX”的单片有源像素传感器,用于未来的 X 射线天文卫星。XRPIX 具有事件触发和击中地址输出功能。该功能使我们仅能在触发时刻读出击中像素的模拟信号,这被称为事件驱动读出模式。最近,我们制备了 XRPIX 系列中成像面积最大的“XRPIX5b”,达 21.9~mm 13.8~mm。我们成功从所有像素获得 X 射线能谱,在帧读出模式下的读出噪声为 46~e~(rms)。测得像素间增益变化为 1.2\%~(FWHM)。我们成功在事件驱动读出模式下获得 X 射线图像。
