利用拉曼光谱估算石墨烯的杨氏模量

摘要
本文通过拉曼光谱测量施加于石墨烯膜两侧压差所产生的应变，从而估算石墨烯的杨氏模量。加压石墨烯鼓包上 induced 的应变可以直接从拉曼 G 带的峰位移动中估算得出。通过将测量到的应变与数值模拟进行比较，我们获得了石墨烯的杨氏模量。单层和双层石墨烯的估算杨氏模量值分别为 TPa 和 TPa。
