量化扭曲双层石墨烯的局部力学性质

摘要

尽管对器件实现具有根本重要性,但最小扭曲范德华材料的纳米力学测量一直难以实现。在此,我们使用超声力显微镜(Ultrasonic Force Microscopy, UFM)局部量化最小扭曲双层双层石墨烯(TDBG)中面外杨氏模量的变化。我们揭示了沿单畴壁和双畴壁杨氏模量分别软化 7% 和 17%。我们的实验结果得到了力场弛豫模型的证实。本研究突显了工程化扭曲材料纳米力学性质的强可调性,并为定制二维纳米力学系统的未来应用铺平了道路。
