蛋白石基质中填充因子估计的方程

摘要
我们考虑了两种用于估计二氧化硅（SiO_2）蛋白石中渗入的氧化锌（ZnO）和ZnO蛋白石中氮化镓的填充因子的方程。第一个方程基于有效介质近似，而第二个基于Maxwell-Garnett近似。两个填充因子之间的比较表明，两个方程可以同样用于估计蛋白石基质内渗入纳米晶体的数量。
