磁性拓扑半金属Co$_3$Sn$_{2-x}$In$_x$S$_2$中增强的反常Hall效应

我们研究了单晶CoSnInS在铟浓度x从0到1大范围内的反常Hall效应(AHE)。其磁化强度随x增大而逐渐减小,而其基态从铁磁Weyl半金属演化为非磁性绝缘体。值得注意的是,在系统标度AHE后,我们发现其本征反常Hall电导(AHC)在x≈0.15附近出现意外的最大值。本征AHC的变化与Berry曲率的掺杂演化相对应,且该最大值源于磁性拓扑节环能隙。我们的实验结果显示,基本节环能隙中的AHC大于Weyl节点处的AHC。
