负微分电阻电路元件串联阵列中电流分支的出现

摘要
我们研究了一组具有负微分电阻的非线性电路元件的串联阵列，发现元件属性的异质性导致电流-电压曲线中出现多个分支，且元件上的电压分布不均匀。引入不均匀性参数r_{max}来表征单个元件电压彼此偏离的程度，并发现该参数强烈依赖于外加电压的变化率。在快速扫描极限下，推导了r_{max}对电压扫描速率依赖关系的解析表达式，并通过直接数值模拟进行了验证。
