边缘重构的升高霍尔响应作为诊断指标

摘要

我们研究了 ν=1\nu = 1 量子霍尔态中的边缘重构情景, focus on upstream 和 downstream 电荷与中性模式的配置。我们的分析表明,在多端口几何中,电荷和中性模式的共存会导致电气 (e2/he^2/h) 和热 (π2kB2T/3h\pi^2 k_\text{B}^{2}T/3h) 霍尔电导率与 bulk-boundary correspondence 所决定的预期量化值的显著偏离。特别是,我们发现电气和热霍尔电导率都可以显著放大——超过其未重构值的两倍——为边缘重构提供了明确的诊断。
