含杂质的相互作用费米子耦合链中的电子输运

摘要
我们研究了在存在势垒或低浓度杂质的情况下，掺杂双链梯子系统中的相互作用费米子在低温下的输运性质。当相互作用超过某一特定值时，电导受到抑制，如同单链情形，尽管超导关联占主导。然而，存在一个排斥相互作用的区域，在该区域内势垒处发生完美透射，这与单链情形不同。我们为\srca 正常态电阻率的温度极大值提供了一种可能的解释。
