准一维纳米带的电磁散射共振

摘要
我们分析了一细长且有限长带材（无论导电或介电）的共振条件。这是通过基于材料无关模的全波方法实现的，该方法自然区分了几何与材料的作用。此方法有效地允许设计材料以获得所需共振。最后，作为一个例子，我们基于石墨烯层与硅薄膜设计了两个准一维谐振器。
