我们报告了对 KDP 单晶在 2-300 K 温度范围内的超声波研究结果。获得了沿 [001] 和 [100] 方向的纵向和横向声速随温度的变化函数。对铁电相中赝模量 和 温度演化的分析表明，在 0.001K0.2K 的温度范围内，这些量可以用表达式 来近似。
