基底上多晶卤化物钙钛矿薄膜的弹性模量

摘要
利用多光束光学应力传感器(MOSS)曲率与X射线衍射(XRD)技术的创新结合,附着在Si基底上的多晶MAPbI3金属卤化物钙钛矿(MHP)薄膜的杨氏模量(E)估计为10.2 ± 3.4 GPa。这与相应MAPbI3单晶的E相当。这一通用方法可应用于其他体系以估计难以测量的薄膜E。
