隧结关阱中时变电流通过中的非正交性效应

摘要
推导了一种能够包含电子态在与隧结关阱相连的导体中非正交性贡献的理论技术。该理论应用于单势垒隧结结构，推导出时变隧结电流表达式，显式显示与重叠度的依赖。重叠度对于对隧结电流进行更精确的定量描述是必不可少的，我们的理论相较于标准方法在再现实验结果方面表现出显著的改进。
