高压对 MgB2 物理性质的影响

摘要

高压下合成 MgB2 基材料使得抑制镁的挥发并获得接近理论密度的纳米晶结构成为可能,该结构具有高超导、热导和力学特性:在自场下 20 K 时临界电流密度为 1.8-1.0 \cdot 10^6 A/cm2,在 8 T 磁场下为 10^3 A/cm2;在 30 K 自场下为 5-3 \cdot 10^5 A/cm2,相应的临界场为 22 K 时 HC2 = 15 T,不可逆场在 20 K 时 Hirr = 13 T,在 30 K 时 Hirr = 3.5 T;热导率为 53+/-2 W/(m \cdot K);在 148.8 N 载荷下维氏硬度 Hv = 10.12+/-0.2 GPa,同载荷下断裂韧度 K1C = 7.6+/-2.0 MPa m^0.5;杨氏模量 E = 213 GPa。对淬灭电流和交流损耗的估算表明,高压制备的材料有望应用于在 20-30 K 下工作的变压器型故障电流限制器。
