科威特民主实践中的教育与技术

摘要
本研究通过回顾哲学视角下民主的政治史，探讨新技术对民主制度的影响。研究考察了最具影响力的哲学家们所设计的民主及其要素的哲思讨论，其中大多同意教育与知识为两大主要要素。研究将科威特国的民主进程与其根源，即知识与教育，相联系。
