摘要
我们在动态均值场近似法下计算了 GaMnAs 的态密度与谱函数。该模型包含了强自旋轨道耦合作用（作用于 J=3/2 的 GaAs 空穴带）与磁离子与它性空穴之间的交换相互作用。我们在 Mn 掺杂浓度 x=0.05 时，研究了准粒子带与杂质带在 paramagnetic 与 ferromagnetic 相中的行为。通过分析 T=0 时杂质带载流子的各向异性角分布，我们得出结论：当载流子沿平均磁化方向运动时，载流子极化效果最佳。
