B-DNA到Z-DNA转化中的动态相变

摘要
我们展示了从B-DNA到Z-DNA的构象转变的长时动力学经历了一个动态相变。我们得到了分隔B和Z的前沿稳定性的动态相图。该前沿的不稳定性导致两个分裂的前沿以不同速度移动。因此，取决于系统参数，即使热力学上禁止，也可能动态地发展出变性状态。这解决了当前关于B-DNA到Z-DNA转变机制的争议。
