摘要
本会议录 accompanying Belle II 在 ICHEP 2020 期间多样性与包容性平行分会上的报告。这是 Belle II 合作组的首次外部展示，我们在此呈现一些关于多样性与包容性的数据和自报告统计。我们也介绍 Belle II 当前及计划开展的活动，以援助并改善多样性与包容性。我们发现，无论在我们的合作组内还是在高能物理领域，为改善社会工作环境与人员代表性仍有大量工作要做。
