摘要
Belle 实验在重夸克偶素领域作出了实质性贡献。Belle 首次宣布了若干个新态，涵盖粲偶素和底偶素谱，或其确认印证了此前的观测。Belle II 是下一代实验，旨在延续并进一步拓展 Belle 物理计划。我们在本文档中报告该实验的现状与早期物理结果。特别关注的是在能量扫描（2021年11月）期间所收集数据集的分析结果。
