摘要
无序与超导之间的相互作用是量子多体物理中一个微妙而迷人的现象。传统超导体对稀有的非磁性杂质不敏感,即安德森定理。在强无序 regime 下会发生超导破坏甚至超导体-绝缘体转变。因此无序增强超导性十分罕见,仅在一些合金或颗粒态中被观察到。由于各种效应的纠缠,其增强机制仍在争论中。本文报道了在最近发现单层NbSe超导体中受控良好的无序效应。NbSe单层的超导转变温度因无序而显著升高。 realistic 理论建模表明,这种不寻常的增强可能源于电子波函数的多重分形性。该工作提供了多重分形超导态的首个实验证据。
