解耦 LaOFeAs 的表面与体电子结构

摘要
我们对 LaOFeAs 单晶的电子能带结构进行了全面的角分辨光电子能谱研究。我们发现，在低温下解理的样品显示出不稳定且高度复杂的能带结构，而在高温下解理的样品则展现出稳定且更清晰的电子结构。通过原位表面掺 K 并辅以第一性原理计算，我们识别出了表面带和体带。我们的指认得到了体态和表面态温度依赖性差异的证实。
