疾病宇宙：全人群疾病关联的可视化

摘要
我们将力导向弹簧嵌入图布局方法应用于电子健康记录，以可视化个体生物体内呈现的人类疾病之间的全人群关联。所引入的可视化方案基于 Google 地图平台实现，并可于 http://disease-map.net 访问。我们认为，所提出的可视化方法既能验证已知的疾病间关联特性，又能识别出此前未曾注意到的新型关联模式。
