摘要
我们研究了具有手性(m,0)和(m,m)的碳纳米管的大振幅振荡,并预测了以离散呼吸子形式存在的局域非线性模态的存在。在指标为(m,0)的纳米管中,可以存在三类局域模态,即纵向、径向和扭转呼吸子;然而,只有扭转呼吸子(或称twistons)是非辐射非线性模态,它们存在于线性谱的频率间隙中。指标为(m,m)的碳纳米管的几何结构仅允许在狭窄的光谱范围内存在宽径向呼吸子。
