薄膜磁致伸缩的直接与间接测量

摘要
比较了两种薄膜磁致伸缩测量技术：直接法，即控制由薄膜磁化引起的基底曲率变化；以及间接法（“逆”法），即测量由基底变形（通常为弯曲）引起的磁各向异性的改变。我们展示了基底的弹性强度以及基底变形与薄膜磁各向异性之间的有效磁-机械耦合如何依赖于不同的弯曲条件。给出了在典型情况下用于确定磁致伸缩值的方程，并确定了相应近似中的关键参数。
