Au(111) 鱼骨重构对热电子的衍射波导效应

摘要
众所周知，Au(111) 表面鱼骨重构产生的表面势能会沿势能通道引导表面态电子。令人惊讶的是，我们通过扫描隧道谱发现，动能高达势能振幅（38 meV）二十倍的热电子仍然受到引导。其引导效率甚至随动能增加而提高，这一现象通过考虑已知重构势和应变的紧束缚计算得到了复现。这种引导效应归因于重构所提供的非均匀静电势和应变分布引起的衍射。
