长链管道电光发射器的器件建模

摘要
本文提出了管道电光发射器的简易解析模型，并通过使用 PMMA 钝化器改进的实验测量显示，两者均能良好地描述氮化管的电气特性及红外发射斑点运动。模型表明，发射斑点处的电场被显著增强，采用更薄的栅氧化层可显著提高器件性能。
