纳米机电系统自振荡的简单建模

摘要
我们在此提出了一个关于纳米机电系统自振荡的简单解析模型。我们表明，场发射自振荡器可以用集总电路来描述，并且这种方法可以推广到其他机电振荡器件。该解析模型得到了动力学模拟的支持，其中静电参数是通过有限元计算获得的。
