摘要
本文讨论了一种用于在不同层级政府机构进行 COVID-19 管理的决策支持系统（DSS），该系统的功能包括病例预测、资源分配与封锁管理。DSS 中集成的算法基于数据驱动建模方法，且独立于该地区的物理参数，因此所提出的 DSS 适用于任何区域。基于预测的活动病例数、下级单位的需求以及总可用量，系统做出分配与封锁决策。基于所提出的 DSS 开发了一个 MATLAB 图形用户界面（GUI），可由地方当局实施。
