位于的里雅斯特的 Elettra 同步辐射光源的 XAFS 光束线结合了 X 射线吸收谱和 X 射线衍射,以提供材料的化学特异性结构信息。它使用硅双反射布拉格单色器,在 2.4-27 keV 能量范围内运行。当样品透明度过低无法进行透射测量或待测元素在样品中过于稀释时,采用荧光测量代替吸收谱。我们报道了基于硅漂移探测器(Silicon Drift Detectors)技术和 SIRIO 超低噪声前端 ASIC 的新型原型探测器的开发及初步测试。新系统将能大幅减少荧光测量所需时间,同时保持短死时间和足够的能量分辨率以进行谱学测量。定制的硅传感器和电子学专为光束线要求设计。
