摘要
利用 Kramers-Kronig(KK)关系,由人血红蛋白水溶液在波长范围 内的吸收光谱计算其实部折射率(RI),并给出相应的不确定度分析。此前一项采用 KK 关系的研究已考虑了该光谱范围外水的强紫外(UV)与红外吸收。我们通过纳入水吸收随浓度的依赖关系,以及对血红蛋白肽骨架的深紫外吸收进行建模,改进了这些结果。深紫外吸收模型的两个自由参数通过全局拟合确定。
