利用正弦函数确定流变应力及动态再结晶起始临界应变

摘要
开发了一种新模型，用于估算热变形条件下直至应力 - 应变曲线峰值处的流变应力。该模型基于正弦函数的一般形式构建，并引入了一个额外的指数。此外，从该模型推导出了一个方程，可用于预测动态再结晶起始的临界应变。该模型已在 304 奥氏体不锈钢上进行了检验。估算的流变应力平均百分比误差为 1.66%。
