摘要
提出了一种通过计算机模拟进化设计具有多个自主调控模块的基因动态模型的新方法。该方法基于遗传算法，并辅以为此目的专门设计的新型交叉算子。该方法利用了适用于此类进化建模的适应度函数的子盆地-门户架构。通过一系列基准测试证明了该方法的有效性。
