摘要
数字孪生（Digital Twins）在个性化临床患者护理方面具有巨大潜力，前提是该概念能够转化为满足现有临床工作流程中产生的特定需求。我们提出了一种通用且非专用的数字孪生设计，它结合了知识图谱和集成学习，以反映患者的整个临床旅程并辅助临床医生进行决策。这种设计具有预测性、模块化、可演化、信息充分、可解释和可说明的特点，从而开启了广泛的临床应用。
