硅钨量能器原型模块及其相关读出的设计与性能

摘要

我们描述了一个硅-钨原型电磁量能器模块及相关读出电子学的细节。该原型的探测器性能已于 2015/16 年在 CERN PS 和 SPS 加速器设施的测试束实验中测量。结果与 Monte Carlo Geant4 模拟中的结果进行了比较。这是为快速、低功耗、高粒度应用而设计的定制 ASIC 性能的首次真实世界演示。
