三维锥束 CT 中的牙齿病理检测

摘要
锥束计算机断层扫描（CBCT）是一种有价值的牙科诊断成像方法，可提供传统二维成像所不具备的信息。然而，CBCT 图像的解读耗时，且要求医生使用复杂软件。本工作中我们提出了一种由多个深度卷积神经网络与算法启发式组成的自动化流程。我们的任务有两方面：a) 在三维图像体中定位每颗现存牙齿的位置，b) 检测每颗牙齿的若干常见状况。所提系统在牙齿定位中达到 96.3% 准确率，对 6 种常见牙齿状况平均达到 0.94 AUROC。
