LaMnO_{3-y}/金属界面界面层的退化

摘要
我们报告了电气测量结果，表明LaMnO（即LaMnO）在LaMnO/正常金属界面中的退化过程。在界面制备完成后，立即通过测量电阻随时间的演化来跟踪退化过程。该过程以在温度低于鲁伦温度T（其中金属-绝缘相变在母体中发生）时，电阻随温度（R-T）关系出现第二个极大值特征出现。通过XPS测量确认了LaMnO表面氧气向正常金属扩散导致界面层耗竭的假设。类似的LaSrMnO界面也得到了相似结果。
