基于本体的药物重定位的数据基础设施与方法

摘要
我们报道了一种利用两种现有化学本体的药物重定位数据基础设施的开发。该数据基础设施包含一个用分子本体标签增强的化合物-靶点关联数据库，还包含两种用于预测新关联的计算工具。我们描述了两个药物重定位系统：其一为基于信息检索策略的 NOIR-DR（Nascent Ontological Information Retrieval for Drug Repurposing，新兴本体信息检索药物重定位），另一受推荐系统启发、基于非负矩阵分解与化合物相似度。我们报道了两种工具在药物重定位任务上的性能。
