摘要
疫情造成的冲击使工业规范受到质疑，并创造了重新构想工作未来的机会。我们探讨如何利用这一机遇期，促成一个让劳动者蓬勃发展而非仅能生存的未来。任何如此广度的连贯计划都必须应对技术、社会、经济与环境等多系统的相互作用。一种能够促进跨学科沟通的共享语言可以把利益相关方凝聚起来，并促成深思熟虑的应对。控制论的起源故事及其提出的理念，有助于说明我们如何更好地理解当前的复杂挑战，从而创造一个以人类价值为核心的工作未来。
