用于 DUNE 光子探测系统的低温 SiPM 阵列

摘要

本文报道了为 DUNE 光子探测系统研发而开发的 SiPM 瓦片的表征。这些瓦片由 Fondazione Bruno Kessler(FBK)采用 NUV-HD-SF SiPM 生产。特别强调了传感器的低温可靠性,即在室温和 77K 温度热循环后电学与机械性质的稳定性。表征包括 I-V 曲线测定、不同过压下暗计数率的高灵敏度测量以及相关噪声。单光电子灵敏度在 77K 下经专用低温放大器放大后,作为连接至单个电子通道的传感器数量的函数被测量。
